Terms of use

1. Who we are

greecebylocals.com ("the site") is operated by Παναγιώτης Μπουρλόκας. Contact: bourlokas@gmail.com.

2. What the site is

The site is an information guide to areas, sights and businesses in Greece. We do not sell products or services, take bookings or act as an intermediary. Any transaction with a business shown here takes place directly between you and that business.

3. Accuracy

We try to keep details correct and mark which listings have been verified. Opening hours, prices, operation and contact details change often and we cannot guarantee them. Confirm with the business before you travel. We are not liable for loss arising from use of the site's information.

4. Third-party content

Part of the data (locations, names, categories) comes from OpenStreetMap under the ODbL licence and from other open sources listed on the Sources page. Business photos are published with their owners' permission. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content.

5. Intellectual property

The site's texts and structure belong to its operator. Short quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. Bulk copying or republishing without permission is not. OpenStreetMap data remains under the ODbL.

6. Business listings

Listing is free. Businesses may request correction or removal of their details at any time via Do you run a business in Mani? or by email. We may decline or remove listings at our discretion.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Greek law applies.
